Our team respects the health and welfare of our community and so while COVID-19 public restrictions are in place, we are shifting to safely-distanced operations which includes telephone appointments, virtual meetings via various web-based platforms, as well as the usual email and MyCase communication. We are feeling fortunate that our business is so easily done via technology that the normal day-to-day operations can seamlessly transform to accommodate no physical contact. The Courts are doing the same: restricting personal appearances for hearings, conducting telephonic hearings and pushing more paper than usual. We still have normal access for filing documents with the court but if you have a hearing date set within the next 3 months, chances are good that hearing date will be moved or done by telephone.
