Estate Planning/Probate

Estate planning is about being prepared. Have your estate planning documents in order so that you secure the future for your loved ones. The creation of wills and trusts should be reviewed, updated and not ignored. Make the future for your loved ones the future that you envision for them with strategically drafted documents.

If you are left to handle matters where planning was not done in time, I can assist you through the probate process. Probate court is where assets and debts of those who have passed on without wills or trusts are processed, debts paid and assets distributed to heirs. Make sure that it is being done correctly by hiring an attorney to assist through this process.

Professional Licensing

Many professions have licensing boards that oversee the practice of that profession. Doctors, lawyers, nurses, transportation drivers, etc. If you are having trouble with licensing in your chosen field, it may be time to get an attorney involved. If you have a hearing in front of an administrative board, be prepared and know your rights. You can have an attorney represent you even for simple hearings. There is an appeal process if you attended a hearing on your own but ended up losing. Come in and discuss your situation with me.

Hire an attorney to ensure you receive fair financial compensation and the maximum benefits available to you.
